At Psychonautica, we ensure high-quality products and swift delivery by utilizing our network of global fulfillment centers. Each order is fulfilled and dispatched from the nearest available location.
- United States: Orders are shipped from our centers in Charlotte, NC, and Dallas, TX.
- Canada: Orders are dispatched from our Toronto center.
- Europe: We fulfill and ship from Latvia, Spain, and the UK, depending on your location.
- Australia and New Zealand: Orders are sent from our Melbourne center.
- Mexico: We ship from our Tijuana center.
Please note that on the rare occasion a product isn't available at the closest center, we'll ship from another one of our nearby centers where the item is in stock. This ensures you always receive your order in the most efficient manner possible.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We strive to dispatch your order within 3-5 business days of receipt. Over half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. However, please be aware that processing times may extend by a few days during peak holiday seasons such as Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
