For highest products quality and fastest delivery all US orders are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment centers in Los Angeles, CA, Charlotte, NC and Indianapolis, TX.
Orders from Europe are fulfilled and shipped from our facilities in Riga, Latvia and Barcelona, Spain.

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, and tank tops) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters and stickers).

Yes, we do! We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders (stickers are the only exception).

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes depending on the laws of your country of residence.

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. We begin processing orders almost immediately after they are placed on our website so if you need to cancel an order you can email us at support@psychonautica.com.

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date. Anything returned after 30 days of delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You can choose to get a refund or to get a new product of the same value.

If you order has been marked "Delivered" but you still have not received it, we recommend following these steps:
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- Wait 1-2 days to see if your package gets delivered.
- Check with your neighbours.
- Contact your local post office.
